What this Trial Is About

Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness of exercise as a treatment for men with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. This randomized controlled trial compares conventional medical treatment alone to medical treatment combined with a specific exercise program. The study aims to understand how adding pelvic floor exercises might improve sexual function and quality of life for participants aged 25 to 45 years. Participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. The control group receives standard medical treatment and informational training. The exercise group follows an 8-week program with pelvic floor exercises performed three times a week in addition to medical treatment and education. Both groups are assessed before and after the treatment period using standardized tools that measure erectile function, premature ejaculation, and overall quality of life. Throughout the study, participants will complete evaluations including the International Index of Erectile Dysfunction and the Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool at 10 weeks. Quality of life is also assessed using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Short Form. The study involves initial and post-treatment assessments to monitor progress and treatment effects. The total participation period includes the 8-week exercise program and follow-up assessments, providing detailed information on the impact of the interventions.
