Age 18 years or older, all genders
Diagnosed with anorexia nervosa based on DSM-5 criteria (including typical and atypical forms)
Willing to have support persons participate in treatment
Medically stable for outpatient care

You will not qualify if you...

Intellectual developmental disorder or intellectual disability
Psychotic disorder or other mental health conditions that prevent study participation
Diagnosis of alcohol or substance use disorder within 3 months before study start
Currently receiving inpatient treatment (must be discharged and in outpatient care before joining)
