Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Male or female aged 25 to 50 years
  • Four positive screening tests: Thomas Test, Abdominal Strength Test, Gluteus Maximus Test, Ely's Test
  • Chronic lower back pain with a pain score greater than 3 on VAS lasting more than 2 months
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Osteoporosis
  • Congenital hip dysplasia
  • History of fracture
  • History of inflammatory arthritis
  • Pregnancy
