Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 55 years or older
  • Male or female
  • Mild cognitive impairment with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment score of 18-25 (Urdu version)
  • Ability to understand simple instructions and participate in physical exercise programs
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed neurological or psychiatric disorders
  • Unable to engage in physical activity due to mobility limitations
  • Significant visual or hearing impairments affecting participation in gaze stability exercises
