Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 55 years or older
- Male or female
- Mild cognitive impairment with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment score of 18-25 (Urdu version)
- Ability to understand simple instructions and participate in physical exercise programs
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed neurological or psychiatric disorders
- Unable to engage in physical activity due to mobility limitations
- Significant visual or hearing impairments affecting participation in gaze stability exercises
