Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults age 25 years or older
- Ability to read and speak English
- Willingness to use oral Biocidin as directed for two weeks
- Willingness to maintain current oral health practices for two weeks
- Willingness to maintain current dietary habits for two weeks
- Willingness to complete SimplyPERIO oral microbiome tests before and after the two-week intervention
You will not qualify if you...
- Current use of oral Biocidin or botanical mouthwash
- Use of antibiotics within the past 30 days
- Use of fixed intraoral orthodontic appliances such as dental braces or fixed retainers
- Known allergies to any ingredients in the study product
- Currently pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy within 12 weeks
- Unable to provide informed consent
