These include measuring pain with the Numeric Pain Rating Scale, inter-recti distance using a caliper, muscle strength through manual muscle testing, and quality of life with the SF-36 questionnaire. The study will analyze the collected data to understand the combined effects of these exercises on postpartum diastasis recti.

You may qualify if you...

  • Postpartum females (6 weeks to 6 months postpartum)
  • Diagnosed with diastasis recti (inter-recti distance 2.5 cm or more)
  • Age between 20 and 45 years
  • All modes of delivery
  • Multiparity (having given birth more than once)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of abdominal surgery
  • Presence of pelvic organ prolapses
  • Neurological or orthopedic disorders
  • Current low back pain, hernia, or musculoskeletal disorders
  • Participation in any other abdominal rehabilitation program within the last 3 months
