Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Male
  • Diagnosis of moderate to very severe COPD according to GOLD 2020
  • Clinically stable with no exacerbations in the last 30 days
  • Body mass index (BMI) of 29.9 kg/m2 or less
  • No musculoskeletal limitations
  • Not participated in any pulmonary rehabilitation program in the past 6 months
  • Not using home oxygen therapy
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of osteoarticular, cognitive, neurological, or cardiological problems that prevent physical training
