Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Between 50 and 65 years old
- Diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis according to ACR criteria
- Have Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2-3 knee osteoarthritis
- Able to follow exercise programs
- Agree to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of secondary osteoarthritis
- Major knee trauma, surgery, or intra-articular steroid/hyaluronic acid injection within the last 6 months
- Presence of active synovitis
- Neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, or polyneuropathy
- Endocrinological disorders like diabetes mellitus
- Vestibular disorders affecting function or pain
- Pulmonary or cardiovascular disease that prevents exercise
- History of fracture or surgery in the lower extremity
