Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome who are over 18 years old and agree to participate in the study
- Healthy individuals over 18 years old confirmed to be in good health at the Health Examination Department of University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital
- Participants must not meet any exclusion criteria
- Participants must agree to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years old
- History of heart disease or stroke
- Diagnosed with diabetes or having a history of diabetes
- High risk of insulin resistance (for control group)
- Lack of participation in follow-up examinations and treatment at the medical facility
- Death before reaching the hospital
- Severe medical conditions such as cirrhosis, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic heart failure, or severe kidney failure
