Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Healthy men aged 218 years or older
  • At least 6 months of resistance training experience
  • No musculoskeletal injuries in the 6 months before the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Injury within the 6 months prior to the study or any musculoskeletal pathological conditions
  • Female participants
  • Participants younger than 18 years
  • Participants who miss one or more of the agonist or antagonist stretching sessions
