Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy men aged 218 years or older
- At least 6 months of resistance training experience
- No musculoskeletal injuries in the 6 months before the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Injury within the 6 months prior to the study or any musculoskeletal pathological conditions
- Female participants
- Participants younger than 18 years
- Participants who miss one or more of the agonist or antagonist stretching sessions
