Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Medically diagnosed asthma patients
- Aged 35 to 60 years
- Non-smoker or ex-smoker for at least 6 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of other cardiac or respiratory diseases
- History of thoracic or abdominal surgeries
- Pregnancy or uncontrolled hemodynamic conditions
- Inability to understand instructions due to mental disorder
