Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Teachers aged 21 to 65 years
  • Currently working as a teacher in a school
  • Willing to commit time for the 8-week course
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previously participated in a group mindfulness-based intervention such as MBCT, MBSR, or Mindfulness - Finding Peace in a Frantic World
  • Mentally unstable or having active suicidal risk
