- Teachers aged 21 to 65 years
- Currently working as a teacher in a school
- Willing to commit time for the 8-week course
You will not qualify if you...
- Previously participated in a group mindfulness-based intervention such as MBCT, MBSR, or Mindfulness - Finding Peace in a Frantic World
- Mentally unstable or having active suicidal risk
