Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 26 years
- Healthy young adults with a healthy BMI
- Equal number of male and female participants
- No major health issues, considered healthy
You will not qualify if you...
- History of metabolic diseases
- Recent fractures
- Any lower limb injuries
- Knee injuries
- Currently involved in regular physical exercise and prescribed diet
- Any deformity from childhood
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or lower limb amputation
- Known case of hyperlipidemia
