Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults 18 years of age or older, male or female, diagnosed with osteoarthritis or healthy
- Written informed consent given
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to Tramadol, Paracetamol, or Diclofenac
- Acute coronary syndrome, stroke, transient ischemic attack, major cardiovascular surgery, or angioplasty within 3 months before study start
- Coronary or carotid artery disease likely needing surgery or angioplasty within 3 months after study start
- Significant endocrine diseases
- Active acute infections
- Known narrow-angle glaucoma
- Known epilepsy
- Cimino-shunt operation on both arms
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or insufficient contraception
- Drug or alcohol abuse
