Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Both male and female participants
- Age between 45 and 65 years
- Diagnosed with moderate COPD (stage 2-3) according to GOLD criteria
- Clinically stable with no neuromuscular or cardiovascular conditions preventing exercise
- Receiving pulmonary medication treatment
- Signed written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Recent abdominal or chest surgery
- History of cardiac arrhythmias or ECG abnormalities
- Unable to follow commands
- Severe neuro-musculoskeletal abnormalities
- Smokers or former smokers with COPD but no signs of bronchial asthma
- Participation in a consistent workout regimen within the past six months
- Current practice of Yoga
