Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients over 18 years old
- Patients with a valid phone number to receive WhatsApp messages
- Patients who have not attended a dental appointment in the last 6 months
- Patients who do not have a future dental appointment scheduled
- For Group 1: Patients with an appointment scheduled within the next 1 to 7 days in the medical area at a center that offers dental services
- For Group 2: Patients who do not meet Group 1 criteria and have an appointment the following day or attended an appointment the previous day in Medical, Laboratory, Imaging, Telemedicine, Kinesiology, Vaccination, or Procedures areas
- Patients who have not received a preventive dental message in the last month
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients younger than 18 years or older than 70 years
- Patients without a valid phone number to receive WhatsApp messages
- Patients who have attended a dental appointment in the last 6 months
- Patients who have a future dental appointment scheduled
- Patients who have received a preventive dental message in the last month
