Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male and female adults aged 18 to 39 years
- Diagnosed with upper thoracic hypomobility defined as flexion <20°, extension <25°, side bending <20°, or rotation <35°
You will not qualify if you...
- History of ankylosing spondylitis
- Previous spinal surgery such as discectomy or laminectomy
- Degenerative disc disorders
- Cervical radiculopathy or scoliosis
- Spinal stenosis or myelopathy
- Recent fracture or spinal surgery
- Tuberculosis of the spine or spondylolisthesis
- Unable to attend therapy appointments regularly
- Fibromyalgia or myofascial pain syndrome
