Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Male and female adults aged 18 to 39 years
  • Diagnosed with upper thoracic hypomobility defined as flexion <20°, extension <25°, side bending <20°, or rotation <35°
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of ankylosing spondylitis
  • Previous spinal surgery such as discectomy or laminectomy
  • Degenerative disc disorders
  • Cervical radiculopathy or scoliosis
  • Spinal stenosis or myelopathy
  • Recent fracture or spinal surgery
  • Tuberculosis of the spine or spondylolisthesis
  • Unable to attend therapy appointments regularly
  • Fibromyalgia or myofascial pain syndrome
