Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Smoking at least 1 cigarette daily for at least 12 months
- Age between 18 and 25 years
- Literate and cooperative
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m²
You will not qualify if you...
- Orthopedic, neurological, or neuromuscular conditions impairing walking
- Chronic pulmonary or cardiac disease
- Cognitive impairment
- Body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or higher
