Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus aged over 55 years
  • Patients must have been taking SGLT2 inhibitors plus metformin or DPP-4 inhibitors plus metformin for at least 1 year
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Type 1 diabetes or ketoacidosis
  • Receiving insulin therapy
  • End organ failure such as chronic renal failure, liver failure, or heart failure
  • Previous history of pancreatitis
  • History of Alzheimer's disease or any brain injury
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding females
