You may qualify if you...

  • Patients on the waiting list for bariatric surgery (gastric bypass or sleeve) at Hospital Universitario Virgen del Roc�edo in Seville
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Suitable for physical exercise
  • Signed informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Body weight greater than 150 kg
  • Residence more than 60 km or 45 minutes by car from Pablo de Olavide University in Seville
  • Conditions such as lipedema, cancer survivors, metabolic bone diseases, or medication/pathology affecting bone health
  • Patients undergoing dialysis
