Data will be analyzed to compare treatment effects and track changes over time, ensuring participant safety and confidentiality throughout the trial.

You may qualify if you...

  • Female postpartum women aged 35 to 45 years
  • At least one child born
  • Diastasis Recti Abdominis with inter-recti distance greater than 2.5 cm by finger width palpation
  • Delivery by normal vaginal, vacuum, forceps, or lower section cesarean section at least one month prior
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Previous abdominal surgery other than childbirth
  • Sensitivity to taping (for participants receiving Kinesio Taping)
  • Diagnosed abdominal hernia
  • Open abdominal wound
