Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 65 years
- Diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome through clinical and EMG evaluation
- Able to understand study information and cooperate
- Provided informed consent to participate
You will not qualify if you...
- Cervical radiculopathy
- Polyneuropathy
- Brachial plexopathy
- Use of systemic corticosteroids
- History of fracture or trauma in the forearm or wrist on the treated side
- Inflammatory rheumatic disease
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Systemic diseases such as renal failure, peptic ulcer, diabetes, hypothyroidism, coagulation disorders
- Previous carpal tunnel syndrome surgery
- Thoracic outlet syndrome
- Thenar atrophy or severe carpal tunnel syndrome
- Unwillingness or inability to participate for any reason
