Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18-65.
- Biopsy confirmed giant cell tumor of bone.
- Lesions located in the limbs.
- This operation is the initial treatment.
- No use of denosumab or diphosphonates before surgery.
- Planned operation is intralesional curettage with bone cement filling.
- Preoperative bone scan and chest CT show a single lesion without metastasis.
- Fully understand the benefits and risks and willing to sign informed consent.
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy to iodine contrast, indocyanine green, or bone cement.
- Severe liver or kidney failure.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have other malignant tumors and are receiving treatment.
