Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Between the age of 18-64
- Body mass index (BMI) 25 or higher
- Owns or has access to a bathroom weight scale
- Owns a smartphone and is willing to download the mobile app
You will not qualify if you...
- Taking medications that promote weight gain such as antipsychotics, antidepressants, or steroid hormones
- Use of diabetes medications like insulin, thiazolidinediones, or sulfonylureas is allowed
