You may qualify if you...
- Refractory ureteral stricture after at least two times of ureteral dilation
You will not qualify if you...
- Poor cardiovascular function making anesthesia unsafe
- Unwillingness to accept long-term ureteral stent placement
- Uncontrolled urinary tract infection
