Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Acute ischemic stroke patients treated with endovascular therapy within 24 hours of symptom onset
- NIH Stroke Scale score greater than 6 and up to 25
- ASPECT score of 6 points or higher
- Signed informed consent obtained
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of intracranial tumor or intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by CT or brain MRI
- Contraindications to contrast media
- Dementia or mental illness preventing cooperation with treatment and follow-up
- Expected survival time less than 3 months
- Women who are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Participation in other clinical trials currently
