Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or greater, male or female
- Acute ischemic stroke onset within 14 days
- Modified Rankin scale (mRS) score 64 3
- Signed informed consent from the patient or legally authorized representative
You will not qualify if you...
- Stroke progression within the past 3 days (increase in NIHSS score 654 points or increase in any single item 652 points)
- Osteoarthritis, fractures, deep vein thrombosis, unstable angina, severe heart or respiratory diseases, or amputation affecting exercise ability
- Movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease or Parkinsonism
- Regular aerobic physical activity exceeding specified amounts in the past 6 months
- Psychiatric, cognitive, or emotional disorders preventing study compliance
- Known pregnancy, lactation, or positive pregnancy test
- Participation in another drug or device study
- Life expectancy less than 1 year
- Inability to communicate using a smartphone
- Other conditions considered unsuitable by investigators
