Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Multiple System Atrophy cerebellar variant according to Movement Disorder Society criteria
- Ability to walk independently or with minimal support
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of electrical stimulators such as pacemaker or Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)
- Difficulty understanding the Italian language
- Severe sensory deficits like significant hearing or vision impairment
- History of drug abuse
- History of severe psychiatric disorders
- History of transient ischemic attacks
- Cortical or sub-cortical vascular lesions
- Seizures or severe heart problems
- Previous neurosurgical operations
- Pregnancy
