Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with advanced or locally unresectable breast cancer
- Treated with trastuzumab deruxtecan regardless of therapy line, hormone receptor status, or HER2 expression level
- HER2 immunohistochemistry staining information available from primary or metastatic/recurrent lesions
- Measurable lesions with treatment response evaluable through imaging
- Able to provide follow-up data on progression-free survival or overall survival
You will not qualify if you...
- Missing basic clinical information or HER2 immunohistochemistry data
- Missing pathological results for both primary and metastatic/recurrent lesions
- No measurable lesions or unable to evaluate trastuzumab deruxtecan treatment response
- Discontinued trastuzumab deruxtecan due to unacceptable side effects or other reasons
- Lost to follow-up after trastuzumab deruxtecan treatment
