Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 20 years of age or older
- Within 6 months after acute myocardial infarction
- Classified as low to moderate risk according to American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation guidelines
- Unable or refused to attend center-based cardiac rehabilitation
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to walk independently or use a stationary bike
- Unable to follow verbal instructions
- Do not have a smartphone with internet access
- Have exercise contraindications per American College of Sports Medicine guidelines
- Unable to provide informed consent
