This prospective, single-arm feasibility study will include patients with prostate cancer that have controlled local disease diagnosed with oligorecurrent para-aortic nodal disease and/or common iliac nodal disease detected by PSMA PET or conventional CT/MRI imaging, and these patients will undergo CT-guided online adaptive SBRT to the tumor and elective SBRT to adjacent at-risk nodal regions.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma.
- Oligorecurrent para-aortic and/or common iliac nodal disease planned for SBRT.
- 10 or fewer involved para-aortic lymph nodes (between L1/L2 and L4/L5) and/or common iliac lymph nodes on PSMA PET imaging.
- ECOG performance status of 0 to 2.
You will not qualify if you...
- Prior radiotherapy to the para-aortic and/or common iliac nodal regions.
- Active secondary cancer, except adequately treated non-melanoma skin cancer.
- Significant medical conditions that could prevent safe participation or radiotherapy.
- Contraindications to receiving radiation therapy.
