Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 80 years
- History of positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR at least 4 weeks before study entry and negative PCR at entry
- At least one persistent neurological symptom (impaired concentration, headache, sensory disturbances, depression, or brain fog) starting around acute COVID-19
- Willing and able to consent and complete all assessments and study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Any chronic or past neurological disorder such as stroke, head trauma, epilepsy, or tumor
- Intellectual disability existing before COVID-19
- Cardiovascular diseases including arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, or having a cardiac pacemaker
- Acute brain injury or encephalopathy from causes other than COVID-19
- History of psychiatric illness including substance abuse before COVID-19
- Open-heart surgery or cardiac arrest in the last 6 months
- Current hospitalization
- Pregnant women
