Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Diagnosis of unresectable or metastatic, incurable thoracic, gastrointestinal, or breast solid tumor
- Currently receiving active cancer-directed therapy in an outpatient oncology clinic and expected to continue treatment
You will not qualify if you...
- Infants, minors, individuals unable to provide informed consent, and those incarcerated at enrollment
- Already established with palliative care, including scheduled future appointment, pending referral, or visit within past 90 days
- Unable to provide informed consent in English
- Cognitive impairment preventing study participation as judged by treating clinician
