The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare the adjunctive use of enamel matrix derivatives in the treatment of tooth autotransplantation in terms of clinical attachment level. Participants will be subjected to a digitally guided surgery of tooth autotransplantation. The protocol of the test group will be supplemented with the application of enamel matrix derivatives before the placement of the transplanted tooth into the surgically produced alveolus.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients 18 years or older capable of providing informed consent
- Presence of teeth deemed unrestorable and needing replacement
- Presence of a viable, healthy, periodontally stable, and nonfunctional tooth suitable for autotransplantation (e.g., third molar)
- Periodontally healthy individuals or those with stable periodontal conditions after therapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Clinical attachment loss of donor teeth less than 6 mm
- Compromised general health or systemic diseases affecting therapy outcome (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, bone disorders)
- Pregnant or nursing women
- Chronic use of corticosteroids, NSAIDs, or immune-modulator drugs
- Use of medications affecting bone metabolism (e.g., bisphosphonates)
- Chronic oral mucosa diseases
- Severe bruxism or clenching habits
- Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day
- Non-compliance with oral hygiene (plaque index above 25% after therapy)
- Inability to attend study procedures and follow-up visits
