Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 20 to 85 years old
- Undergoing primary reverse shoulder arthroplasty
- Able to abduct shoulder in scapular plane above 90 degrees
- At least 3 months after reverse total shoulder arthroplasty
You will not qualify if you...
- History of other shoulder surgery on the reverse total shoulder arthroplasty shoulder
- Revision reverse total shoulder arthroplasty
- Shoulder muscle tendon transfer surgery
- Neuromuscular diseases
- Cognitive disorders
- Contraindications for neuromuscular electrical stimulation
