  • Delivery hospitalizations and associated postpartum readmissions at the 4 hospital sites between 2020 and 2025
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Delivery hospitalizations and associated postpartum readmissions at a hospital other than the 4 study sites or outside of the 2020-2025 timeframe
