Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged >18 years
  • Both sexes
  • Diagnosis of recto-sigmoidal carcinoma
  • Diagnosis of upper rectal cancer
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients younger than 18 years
  • Recurrent or non-resectable cancer
  • Complicated cancer such as obstructed or perforated
  • Previous left-sided colorectal surgery or anorectal surgeries
  • Lower rectal cancer
