Ending Tobacco Use Through Interactive Tailored Messaging for Cambodian People Living With HIV/AIDS
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Being aged 18 years or older
- Living with HIV
- Currently smoking combustible cigarettes (smoked at least 100 cigarettes in lifetime and currently smoke at least 1 cigarette per day)
- Willing to set a quit date within 2 weeks of enrollment
- Able to provide written informed consent
- Able to read Khmer (score 4 or higher on the Rapid Estimate of Adult Literacy in Medicine-Short Form)
You will not qualify if you...
- History of a medical condition that prevents use of nicotine replacement therapy
- Being deemed ineligible by a physician or clinician due to medical or psychiatric condition
- Currently enrolled in another smoking cessation program or using other cessation medications
