Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women 18 years of age or older
- English and/or Spanish speaking
- Self-identify as Latina and/or African American/Black
- Ability to understand and willingness to sign informed consent
- Diagnosis of stage IV breast cancer, no time limit on diagnosis
You will not qualify if you...
- Moderate to severe cognitive impairment
- Receiving inpatient hospice care
- Previously enrolled in Aim 1 or Aim 2 of the study
- Currently working with a community navigator
