Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • Not currently using a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device
  • Not using insulin therapies
  • Speak English, Spanish, or Arabic
  • Have an A1c between 7.5% and 12.0% within the last 90 days
  • Have a cellphone that can receive and send text messages and count steps
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Using insulin therapies
  • Pregnant
  • Currently using a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device
  • Participating in another diabetes-related study
