Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- Not currently using a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device
- Not using insulin therapies
- Speak English, Spanish, or Arabic
- Have an A1c between 7.5% and 12.0% within the last 90 days
- Have a cellphone that can receive and send text messages and count steps
You will not qualify if you...
- Using insulin therapies
- Pregnant
- Currently using a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device
- Participating in another diabetes-related study
