Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent English speakers
- Diagnosis of depression, anxiety, or PTSD in outpatient record within the last 12 months
- Able to participate in videoconferencing sessions using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer at home
- English language learners aged 18 or older
- Able to participate in videoconferencing sessions using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer at home or referring organization
- Basic ability to understand and speak English
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of schizophrenia
- Diagnosis of dementia
- Traumatic brain injury significantly impeding ability to participate
- Significant sensory impairment
- Current alcohol or drug abuse/dependence affecting ability to participate
