Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Members of the dental team or patient navigators must have direct contact with patients at a participating dental clinic during the pilot study months
- Patients must be 18 years or older
- Patients must have at least one visit during the pilot study months at a participating dental clinic

- Individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria
