Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women aged 18 to 45 years
- Diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy
- Able to use a smartphone
- Fluent in English or Spanish
You will not qualify if you...
- Pre-existing diabetes
- High-risk pregnancies due to other medical conditions
- Inability to consent
- Non-English and/or non-Spanish speakers
- No smartphone access
