Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 50 years or older
  • Confirmed diagnosis of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in at least one eye
  • Scheduled for follow-up visits according to standard clinical practice
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of other significant eye conditions that could affect visual acuity
  • Systemic conditions that make the patient unsuitable for long-term follow-up
