You may qualify if you...
- Men and women aged 6 40 years or older
- Signed informed consent
- Confirmed diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus
You will not qualify if you...
- Eye conditions that prevent retinal photography, such as significant nystagmus, corneal leukoma, dense cataract, or hemophthalmus
- Any condition or situation that may bias study results, interfere with participation, or affect quality of retinal images
- Patients under administrative or legal restrictions on personal freedom
