- Age above 18 years
- Diagnosis of acute leukemia
- Inpatients undergoing intensive chemotherapy
- No restrictions on mobilization
- Signed written informed consent according to guidelines and laws

- Age under 18 years
- Any medical condition considered by the attending doctor to limit performance of study-related tasks
