Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Mandibular Class II, partially edentulous patients able to measure marginal bone height changes and biting forces intra-orally
- Fully dentulous opposing maxillary arch
- Normal class I jaw relationship
- Need for fixed restorations for function and aesthetics
- Age between 30 and 60 years
- Cooperative and willing to attend all follow-up visits
- Healthy attached mucosa of adequate thickness without inflammation
- Healthy bone of sufficient thickness, width, and height without inflammation
- No medical conditions contraindicating implant placement
You will not qualify if you...
- Parkinson's disease
- Xerostomia
- Allergy to resins or zirconia
- Medical systemic conditions contraindicating implant placement
- Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day
- Pathological changes in residual ridges such as ulcers, osteomyelitis, or infections
- Large irregular bony exostosis
- Medical or psychological conditions like physical disability or mental retardation that hinder cooperation and follow-up
