- Participants must be willing and able to provide blood, urine, or saliva samples.

- Participants must be able to read and understand the study materials and specimen collection instructions.

- Participants who are blind or have significant visual impairment making participation difficult.
- Participants unable to provide informed consent due to cognitive or developmental disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Participants lacking the education or literacy skills to understand study procedures or consent.
- Participants currently hospitalized.
- Participants who are prisoners.
- Participants with a terminal illness or life-limiting condition.
