Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Positive diagnosis of premature ovarian failure (POI) defined by amenorrhea > 4 months or spaniomenorrhea > 4 months and FSH > 25 IU/L twice at least 4 weeks apart
- No current hormonal treatment
- Patient's oral consent to participate
- Affiliated or beneficiary of health insurance
You will not qualify if you...
- Contraindication to hormonal treatment, such as history of hormone-dependent cancer or ischemic arterial stroke
- Inability to understand the nature, risks, or implications of the clinical investigation
- Patient under legal protection
