Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 20-89 years
- Women of child-bearing potential must confirm they are not pregnant and agree to use effective contraception during the study
- Must be able to stand and be deemed capable of resistance training by exercise personnel or the study PI
- Must complete an assessment by exercise staff and be considered safe to participate in the workout regimen
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe arthritis, joint, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal conditions that interfere with exercise
- Individuals capable of more intense resistance training with compound movements
- Pregnant women
