You may qualify if you...

  • Age 20-89 years
  • Women of child-bearing potential must confirm they are not pregnant and agree to use effective contraception during the study
  • Must be able to stand and be deemed capable of resistance training by exercise personnel or the study PI
  • Must complete an assessment by exercise staff and be considered safe to participate in the workout regimen
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Severe arthritis, joint, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal conditions that interfere with exercise
  • Individuals capable of more intense resistance training with compound movements
  • Pregnant women
